How to make dumplings Ingredients Dumpling mix Small circle dough What you need frier Fork Bowl of water Our class went to make dumplings since our chinese teachers birthday was last monday we get to do it today because last Monday was a holiday. First our chinese teacher told us to wash our first so we don't spread our germs then she said to get a small circled dough and put a whole teaspoon of the dumpling mix on it. After that the chinese teacher told us to get your finger and dip it in the water and make a circle on the edge. Next the teacher called now you fold the dumpling into half now use your fork and push it on the sides or were the water is.After a little bit she said to put it on a plate so she can fry it in a fryer. When the first plate of dumplings was finished each of us had a dumpling with different sauces one was vinegar and the other one was spicy sauce it was mouth watering and so so delicious I was proud of what I made.was proud of what I made.
